2007 Mounty back up sensor/navi dash

I recently bought my mounty and it has Navigation and back up sensor warning/parking assist. My questions is it possible to replace the sensors with cameras and us the Navi dash to show the image? Do you have to use an aftermarket head unit?

I've been looking at this as well. I bought a camera I'm planning on sticking above the license plate. It is possible, but I don't think it's cheap. The nav unit has to be programmed, and I can't find a dealer who has even an idea of what to do. I called United Radio (they are mentioned on this site quite a few times), they said turning on the backup camera option is dealer-only, they cannot do it.

So as far as I can tell, the only option is to buy a lock-pick, but that is like $300. Don't know if it's worth it.
