While driving a get a lod beep and all of the instruments go dead and all of the lights in the dash come on. It will just go off again as suddenly as it happened. Doesn't effect the engine running. Unless you turn it off while those dash lights are on and the instruments are dead, then it will not turn on again until you unhook the battery for a day or so. Sent the cluster in and had it all checked and even tried a loaner out from the shop. Same thing. Had it in at Ford and they reconnected everything and it was fine for year. Back to the issue again! Help!!

any codes? sometimes its as simple as a ground, but sometimes much more involved

Not really sure. I have the mail sent to me by the last ford place that got it running again. I will have to start there with the new shop. Unlike the other people, the not restarting is the real issue. Beeping and the like I can ignore

First things I would do is have the alternator and battery checked. Then inspect the various grounds for the PCM, battery etc. Inconsistent voltage can cause many issues all at once. It could be the instrument cluster with the problem too. There are places that can check them and repair if necessary. My guess is that there is one issue causing all the lights to come on at once.
