2008 Auto Headlights stay on during Daylight

When I started my car today in the garage the auto headlights went on... not unusual. When I got into the sunlight they did not go off. They work normally shutting off, just stay on in the sunlight. Anybody know what I need to fix it? Its a 2008 Eddie bauer Explorer with 43K mile on it.

I do not have Daylight Running lights.

That worked. A Little Embarrassed because I covered the sensor with a winter hat when I went out for New Years Eve. Now I know what that thing is up there. Now if I still lived in Hawaii Kai, and went to one of the old Clubs, Spatts, Da Sting, etc... I wouldn't have had to wear that hat. Now where can I find a Topless Hula Doll that wiggles on my dashboard. I've been looking for one of those for years!
