2008 Eddie Bauer tan/Cream Seat Covers

I need to get seat covers before they get bad. I'm the only one using the car and the driver side is showing some wear/and creases. Its has the tan and cream color leather seats. There is only 41,000 miles on this and I plan on driving it to Hawaii next summer when I move. I'd like to buy some good ones that can handle the weather in Hawaii. Any suggestions?

Not sure about ford specific covers....
I'm a JEEP guy and we ALWAYS need good seat covers that hold up to the elements, that being said check out quadratec.com, they have TONS of seat covers that would work and withstand the elements.
