My Airbag light comes on steady after starting. Scanned with my SRS scanner
and I get U1900 code. I can't find any info regarding this code relating to the Airbag/ SRS light.
Can anyone here help?
Thanks

u1900 is some kind network fault related to the can bus most code readers cant detect what module has produced the network fault I think only the ford dealer can tell you what is wrong

U1900 code may or may not be related to your issue.

Try wiggling the wires underneath your seats (Driver and Passenger) and tighten all connectors to see if that fixes the problem with the Air Bag light. Common issue with Fords if you have anything under the seats or moved them all the way back.

Thanks I'll pull both seats and check all connections.

just reach under them and check the plugs... if you pull them you will have to reach under them and check the connections anyway

Checked and cleaned each connector with contact cleaner and added zip ties under bothe seats, still got the same U1-900 code and airbag light is still on.

Does the airbag light go off after you have driven a little and then restart? My 2007 and some others I have seen on this site indicate a low/bad battery when displaying this symptom.

No light stays on all the time. My battery is fairly new.
