2010 Explorer Front Headrest Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the front headrest on a 2010 Explorer? I purchased 2 Headrest DVD units and, surprisingly enough, it appears that the removal of the headrest is going to be the most difficult part. Other posts have mentioned a pin hole. I assume this is for earlier models because all I have is a "side wall" to the base of the post that does NOT have the adjustment button. I tried to pry it out with a knife but it was not coming off.

Any ideas?

I've removed mine and replaced with Dvd players. It's actually pretty easy to do it.

There's a button on each post. The one on the left side is used to adjust it up and down. On the right post the button is to the left side (between the posts) its kind of recessed. Thats the button that will release the headrest.
