2010 Ford Explorer issues

Recently we had our engine replaced and now we're having a weird issue where our truck will shut off while driving. Once it turns off the key gets stuck in the ignition, the shifter button to change gears is also stuck does not lock into place, check engine light turns on the codes are P0191 and P0193. So i am not sure how to approach this issue to solve it. Please any guidance would be really helpfull.

I'd bring it back to the shop and have them look at it.
