2010 RPM fluctuation during Idle

my 2010 make some RPM fluctuation during Idle at operating temp. it is not that fluctuation but i mean it raise about 50 -100 rpm and make some vibration or Shivering then back to normal
it is now about 160k mi with check engine light because of EGR insufficient re circulation, fuel filter, spark plugs, and air filter are new.

any advice is appreciated in advance

Did you get this resolved? Having similar issues Same scenario as you describe. Fixed once using injectioncleaner. This time seems to be coming and going intermittently. Thought it was just bad petrol, but now fear it is a loss or lack of fuel pressure at idle, doesnt seem to be an issue at higher RPM, only Lower RPM, thining it is a clogged fuel filter or clogged injectors.
