2011 Explorer electrical/computer issues

Too many issues..it sounds like someone is touching my screen and then my radio Will change channels or my AC will come on. At times my Auto controller will come on also and I can’t get it to go off. We have turned the key off and the car still is running. We have come back to the car after 10 minutes and the fan is running full blast. Now the back up camera has started working off and on. No one seems to know what’s wrong. Other then having a Ghost in my car does anyone out there have any ideas where we need to start to figure this out. Thanks

Is your battery at full charge and has it been tested? Have you checked for any possible stored trouble codes? That is where I would start.

Yes, a year ago the dealer said my battery was getting low. So it was replaced. No codes except the Dealer this year said there was a code about the key. So they insisted on taking off my aftermarket remote starter. Painfully I let them. Still no change but new problems within a month of that. I'm hoping someone else will have had something similar and give us an idea of where to start. We are thinking either electrical or in the computer. We have checked all fuses.
