Hey all,

I seem to be chasing a cooling gremlin. I had a small freon leak which was corrected. Next, no cold air on the passenger side so I replaced the blend door actuator. Now, the rear vents are not blowing cool air. I've read a few older posts that it's probably the rear expansion valve. Has anyone done this repair before? I can't seem to find any photos or videos for it. From what I can tell, this is behind the left rear panel. Any advice is appreciated.

I've ordered a new rear valve to see if this fixes the issue.

The new valve arrived, $25 off of eBay. Also, it was about 90 in NC today and noticed my front vents were blowing cool, but not cold air. I had a can to recharge the system. The gauge said I was about 15 psi low. Filled it up to 45-50 psi and the back vents were once again cold. It appears the rear valve was fine, just low on refrigerant.
