We have a 2011 Ford Explorer with 29K miles on it. When the car is idle or parked, the A/C blows hot air, but once you start moving the A/C blows cold air. Just this past weekend, after a trip to the grocery store the Engine Coolant light came on and the vehicle overheated.
We are still under warranty. Sounds like this has been an issue with other people too.
