2011 recall already on the Explorer

I saw in the paper today, that Ford is already recalling the 2011 Explorer for a faulty second row seat. It doesn't meet the Federal Safety code. I guess the second row seat can be reclined and it might not hold when in an accident. It's a dealer fix. My new 2011 Edge Sport has reclining seat's in the rear. I wonder if that will be affected down the row also. Time will tell.
