2012 explorer air deflector skid plate

Hello I am new to this forum and to being an explorer owner. My question is does anyone have any experience regarding the air deflector skid plate. Mine is hanging on.thx mark.

Should be 4 metal twist screws to hold it in place, if you're talking about the air deflector under the p.s. to direct cool air at the back of the motor on one's equipped with the tow package.

Need clips for Lower Shield air deflector

Does anyone know where to find the metal clips that the quick detach screws go into on the air deflector that you have to take off to perform an oil change?? Maybe a part number? Long story short, the air deflector hit something in the tall grass and detached itself, when i went to reinstall...

p.s. I have heard people lose them (here in Michigan snow), so I drilled a small hole and zip-tied mine in the front. Should it come loose, it would still be hanging there till I got home...
