was browsing ebay and came across this watch.....i think it looks sweet, but who knows what the quality of it really is. i wish ford dealerships sold this watch because i would be all over it....also don't like that the location is Hong Kong. i don't like buying stuff on ebay from overseas.

edit....their store has cool looking watches....the face of the watches are wheels with calipers behind them.... http://motors.shop.ebay.com/vixion*/m.html?_trksid=p4340.l2562

When I saw the title of this thread, I first thought it was a joke. That is too funny.

What they don't tell you:

is that every 24 hours, it will restart itself, not allowing you to read the time for a minute or two

the time may be off by up to 2 hours

it may stop working so that the only remedy is to pull the battery for 4 or 5 minutes to reset it

don't even ask where fuse 29 is on this thing (and you thought it was hard to find on the car)

it doesn't have a real knob, just a touch sensitive nub to control the watch, which may or may not activate upon touching, or may do so with a noticeable delay

bezel may emit a buzzing noise in a high wind

and while water proof, a ping noise may be heard if rain comes into contact with the watch

Other than that, it is a great watch!

Thats the "Goodbye" watch Mr Mulally had made for all the departing SYNC/MFT development engineers.

It was handed to each of them as Security escorted them out of the Product Development Center in Dearborn MI.

LMAO!

I tried to bid on it, but I forgot my eBay account and password. Maybe when I feel like screwing with it, I will try again.

I'll stick to my Bart Simpson watch from the 4th grade, it has lasted longer and no need for updates. Just to the battery and it never fails, still says "Are we There Yet? Homer; NO!" Over and over and over!
