2013 Explorer 2.0 left headlight not working

Hello I have a 2013 Ford explore eco-boost my driver side headlight won’t turn on. I’ve checked the fuse under the hood also under the steering wheel all are good. Have anyone had the same issues?

Use a multimeter to see if 12V is getting to it, or swap the bulbs from left and right side to see if the fault follows the bulb and the bulb is just burnt out.
