Hi all. I bought a used 2013 xlt and have enjoyed it problem free for the last 2 years. Last week I turned the key in the ignition and nothing happens except a ticking noise. No cranking. All lights, dash, navigation are working. I had the vehicle towed in over a week ago and there it still sits, perplexing the mechanics. The Start Stop relay switch was thought to be the problem but replacing it did nothing. Talking with the shop again this morning they are saying if it is inside the warm shop overnight, it will start, but if it is outside in the cold (NW Indiana winter) it won’t do anything again. Any help I can pass along to the mechanic would be most appreciated.
