Greetings all,
I did find some discussion on this subject, though not as specific as my issue, so I thought I would throw this out to you all.
Usually from a stop and mostly when making a left turn, as the vehicle starts going the throttle will occasionally not respond. It's like the engine just goes to idle and the car won't go for sometimes as long as 5-8 seconds. It never sets a code or has the engine light come on. So it's at my local dealer right now and they gave me a loaner, a brand new 2017 Edge 2.0L ECB, 220 miles on it. Well guess what. Within the first 10 minutes of driving it, this new car does the same thing! So now I'm guessing that it's a ECB issue and Ford is not going to be able to fix it.
This is my first Ford product. It's a nice car, but now I don't trust it....
