82,500 miles. Started to hesitate in top gear on the highway with light tip in on the throttle. No CEL, but you could feel it missing. Fuel mileage went down 2-3mpg, too.

6 new plugs later and it's like a new machine. I didn't realize how sluggish it had become. With the new plugs in, it's much quicker than I remember it being. Very happy I did it!

How did the old plugs look? Any significant wear, buildup...etc?

I had the dealer do it as it's a Company vehicle. The tech said they were burnt up pretty good. Nothing bad, just that it was time. They should be good to 100k, but they remarked they have replaced plugs in ecoBoost engines as soon as 45k. They said they were not surprised mine needed replaced at my mileage.
