2014 xlt 3.5 na crank no start

Hi I can’t seem to figure out what’s going on with this thing it turns over and occasionally it’ll fire once or twice but that’s all it’s got. I pulled the fuel line off the rail to check that the pump is working and it definitely is. The only code it’s throwing are b1310. I checked fuses and possibly related but it didn’t chuck the serpentine belt the other day but I fixed it and drove it a few hundred miles after that with no issues. Any help is appreciated

So is the issue still present or is it fixed now? One of the issues associated with B1310 is a short to ground.
