2015 explorer xlt, acceleration problems

Hello, My spouse have a 2015 Explorer Limited, it gave me an error code B1218 and some kind of problem with the key, but the real problem problem is when accelerate the vehicle have this one second period of stalling and continue fine and do it any time and sometime would not do it, weird, anybody have any idea what could be. i have a Nissan before and did it ad was the throttle body bad. could be the same thing ideas welcome thanks

Do you get the same code using both keys?
How many miles are there on the Explorer? My first thought was also perhaps a dirty throttle body issue.
