2003 Explorer xlt - Vibrating on Acceleration Problem

Hello, I have a problem with a 2003 Explorer xlt. When accelerating from idle the car trembles. It vibrates through the rear of the car. The bearings have all been replaced, the fluids drained and replaced, but it continues to tremble on acceleration. I hope someone can shed some light because the mechanics here say it is normal, but the Ford dealer says it is not. We also have the clunk when putting it in 4x4, it clunks worse when turning but we have been told this is normal (although it doesn't sound normal). Thank you

Have you looked at the u-joints?

Thank you for replying... after a little investigating I thought it could be u joints. I'll get the mechanic to look. Thanks again
