2015 Ford explorer knocking noise/clicking when turning sharply and accelerating

Getting a knocking clicking noise when im making turns and accelerating with some force. Happens either left or right. Sounds like center mid of the vehicle. Cv axles were replaced about 3 months ago for another issue, with OEM Ford. The noise is deep and doesn't sound like cv noise. More like it's coming from the transmission or ptu. Anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like ball joint problem
