Looks like Ford has updated their website with the 2015 ex.

I noticed that last week. That means that the Canadian site will likely be updated in a month or so.

The 2015 Explorer is available right now, for ordering that is. Production began on June 2nd and a few members already have their orders in. There is a thread on the changes to the 2015 models as well.

From the pics it looks like they darkened the grill in the same manner Range Rover recently did along with sporty looking wheels. Like the grill, but I'm personally a fan of silver alloys.

More info on the 2015 Ex. Looks like you can configure an XLT to 'look' like a Sport model.

Ah ha. So Ford is doing some of the things I suggested for 2015. Good for them.

Still, I would have had more of a facelift at this point. Perhaps different lower front bumper with LEDs, body colored lower trim as an option, etc.

I can't even find minor details that have been changed, I already have 2 2015's on my lot and a few more should be arriving this week.

I am in the market to purchase a 2015 explorer xlt with a second row bench. I checked the website but it did not show if the bench seat had a pull down armrest in the middle. Can anyone verify that it does.

I can't say for sure but I would guess that it does. I don't know why the would change it from previous models. Here is a picture of my previous 2011. The armrest pulls down. I've also included a picture that shows the room, or lack thereof, in the middle position.
