Sports don't have a mass air flow sensor, they have two map sensors and at least one air temp sensor in the airbox, the map sensors are on the intake pipe right before the throttle body and in the middle of the upper intake manifold on top with only one bolt (even though it has 2 holes) only NAs have a mass air flow sensor iirc.

thanks, so I took it to AutoZone, and they told me the only thing wrong with my Explorer is the Mass Airflow Sensor location need to be replaced. so, I'm just lost at what do do now.

Did they give you the actual code should be a P0###, I always take a photo with my phone and research after if it's not clear cut what I need to do.

yea maybe I need to replace the MAP then? I'm so lost lol.

Are there any symptoms specific to the problem and/or did they give you that print out they do now? I'd take it back and get it re-scanned worst case.

Never go back to AutoZone again and expect them to diagnose your vehicle.
