2017 ford explorer sticky climate control switch

Hi everyone. Just got my ford explorer 2017 xlt 3 weeks ago. As i am exploring the interior and features of it, i noticed the climate control switch is sticky and does not go back in place as it is suppose to be. I brought it to my dealer and ordered a replacement for the whole panel of switches. Glad its still covered by my warranty, though it leaves a very not so good impression on the product. Im getting it replaced today.

Good to see that the dealer is looking after you. I don't think this problem has been brought up before but I guess it can happen.
Please add the trim (XLT) to your profile so it always shows in the margin. That can be helpful info at times. Thanks.

Not knocking Ford, but quality is definitely lackluster.
