I found a TSB on another thread, but it appears to be for 2016 models.
Seat memory issues
I am wondering if anyone has any update on this issues of the seat not always going to the memory position and if there is any fix for it on a 17 Limited. My Limited has easy entry/exit and has been doing this for the past 6 months or so. I reprogram the setting and it works for a couple weeks and then does what it wants. My wife primarily drives it and she just told me that it keeps moving her closer to the steering wheel than her normal setting. Same for me. Thanks for any help.

If the vehicle is still under warranty why not take it to the dealer and have them check it out. It is possible the same TSB fix may apply.

Thanks Peter. I will look into and follow up on here when I am given options.

Any chance you found the issue to this problem? We have the exact issue now on our 17 Limited. I also saw TSB 16-0090 but it's specific to 16's, but my guess is same would apply to 17's?

I'm guessing the issue is that the seat doesn't return to the memory position after the EasyEntry/Exit feature. Does the memory work correctly if you use the memory setting button on the door?

We don't use the easy entry/exit feature, never have. You can set the memory seats to their desired positions (1 for her, 2 for him), they'll work for awhile but will slowly fade and only work part of the way.
