I just found out today they are building the Aviator at Chicago Assembly Plant on the same line as the 2020 Explorer.

I called my salesman yesterday to get me numbers for the Aviator....

That explains why the order, scheduling and production dates are the same as the 2020 Explorer.

And he said.. no pricing info released lol
Correct. No numbers yet, but i know which one i want. I don't worry about the numbers because the programs won't be that great anyway.

Black Label is a very nice trim package but doesn't it add something like $10-$12K to the MSRP?

Numbers are not out yet, but i have been with my dealer since 1998 back and forth with Lincoln & Ford and never paid more than 800-1000 over invoice and after all incentive and x plan, so lets see what happens. I currently have 2017 platinum and 0 down and monthly $ 535.00.

My 2018 Explorer lease expires in May of 2021 so this vehicle is definitely on my radar.

One wish (with this and the explorer) is that that 3rd-row seat folds UP to give a large well to put things in instead of on top of the 3rd row.

Xplan on the Aviator will get you under invoice. You should NEVER pay more then invoice on a Ford or Lincoln.

Mine is up Oct.30, 2020 but I've never reached the end of a lease yet with my current dealer. I don't think the Aviator will make my next lease list. I was interested in the new Nautilus but it runs around $66K (CDN) and the Ecoboost is another $3K. I'm guessing the Aviator would probably start around $75K. Keeping my fingers crossed the Explorer will be more reasonably priced,

Sorry, but the A Plan will put you under invoice X Plan will not...

Not true, anything at 65k and higher puts you under invoice (which the Aviator will be loaded up). That is on Ford products.. Lincoln you get a bigger % on the formula which gives you a bigger discount.. so it should be $63-$65k that puts you under invoice.. plus your fees are capped which we all know.

I was just watching a review of the Aviator and I note the (3rd row) seats seem to be much smaller & less leg room than the current Explorer. But reviews on camera can differ from in person experience.

Overall I really like the Aviator, the styling just beautiful! This could be our next family car, provided the 3 row is sufficient.

I have told my Dealer That if i can use my early bird can be used for Lincoln and the answer was yes. I also have my Plan paper work ready....Lincoln Aviator Reserve....

My dealer won't carry that one because the sales are known not to be great
You should be able to order one. I think I'll stick with the Explorer depending on price. The Nautilus at around $66k (CDN) is a bit more than I'm looking to spend and with the Navigator starting at over $88k, I'm thinking the Aviator will likely be around $75k to start.
