Does anyone know how to program these key fobs to the 2020-2024 PIU?

I tried using Forscan to no avail.
I have a scheduled appointment at Ford to program them..lets hope they dont make me buy another set of key fobs although these are OEM from Ford

A local locksmith was charging me $150 but couldnt guaranteed it was going to work since they are used to working with intelligent fobs.

I had to use FDRS and type in the long numbers and letters located inside the key FOB button sticker.

Thanks for your input. I now have to figure how to go about installing FDRS and getting the OBD adapter. I bought an OBD adapter for Forscan but a quick search, it seem i need a more sophisticated adapter for FDRS..smh

FDRS is what Ford dealerships use, or if you have a shop. I’m not sure what we pay a year to have the MDI and the FDRS software.

I haven’t tried Forscan to program FOBs so I don’t want to tell you something I don’t know.

Hope you can get it solved 🤝

You can actually pay for a day pass for FDRS. My buddy and I are planning to do it at some point for both of our vehicles. He has a 2011 CVPI that he wants to enable the cruise control. He got the steering wheel from a Civilian one, but the dealership won't turn it on saying its not there, but he's adding it based on others having already done it.

Most dealerships are unwilling to get involved with modifications as that is not what they are in business for. Many have mentioned it is also because of possible liability issues.
