Good Afternoon Everyone. I have a 2020 Ford PIU, it is the 3.3 Hybrid. I have owned it since August of 2023 and pretty much every month since has been at Ford. The issue is that it will turn off while I’m driving, telling me to shift to neutral to start. Then increase to a full wrench light, CEL, battery light, AWD fault, hill start not available. It goes away after 30 minutes of no power. Then increases to the engine will max rpm in every gear even park. It does make a rattling noise at 1250 rpm exactly near the Front diff area. Ford cannot figure out the issue and says that the wiring is good, nothing is wrong with any module or part. This vehicle has had its transmission overhauled and have had the pcm reprogrammed twice and changed twice.
