2022 Explorer dashboard instrument panel noise

Hello Everyone,

This is a 2022 Explorer ST-Line. A couple of months ago, a noise started to hear from the dashboard.
After warming, it starts to make a noise like coming from behind the instrument panel in the dashboard.

I recorded a couple of videos where you can hear the noise:



The dealership checked it, they said they adjusted the dashboard, but I think they didn't do anything.
Any idea of what is the issue?

Model: Ford 2022-2023 Explorer Issue: Some 2022-2023 Explorer vehicles may exhibit a buzz/vibration/rattle from the center left of the IP during tip-in when the vehicle is at operating temperature. This may be due to heater tube movement against the tube bracket. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to apply flock tape to the heater tube bracket Action: Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition on vehicles that meet the following criteria: • 2022-2023 Explorer • Buzz/vibration/rattle from the center left of the IP during tip-in • Concern isolated to heater tube bracket Parts Service Part Number Quantity Description 164-R4903​ As Needed​ Flock Tape Strips (Rotunda Part Number, Included In The Rotunda Squeak and Rattle Kit) Parts Parts To Use Only If No Individual Flock Tape Is Available Service Part Number Quantity Description 164-R4900​ If Needed​ Rotunda Squeak and Rattle Kit (Complete Kit) As Needed indicates the amount of the part may vary and/or is not a whole number. Parts can be billed out as non-whole numbers, including less than 1. If Needed indicates the part is not mandatory. Warranty Status: Eligible under provisions of New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW)/Service Part Warranty (SPW)/Special Service Part (SSP)/Extended Service Plan (ESP) coverage. Limits/policies/prior approvals are not altered by a TSB. NVLW/SPW/SSP/ESP coverage limits are determined by the identified causal part and verified using the OASIS part coverage tool.
