2022 XLT Transmission Issues?

Picked it up this morning. Shifting way better. It was major hurt; "Caused by snap ring out of place in front support causing damage to planetary container cylinder and main control."

Besides all the basic fasteners, they replaced:
Plate & gasket assy (2)
Spring - wave - forward clutch
Driven plate - steel
Plate assy - drive
Plate clutch pressure
Cylinder

"Verify concern, trans shifting hard in all gears ... internal failure ... R&R trans, mount on bench and tear down. Found damaged container cylinder, failed front support and burnt intermediate clutches. Found debris from clutches sticking valves in main control. Perform overhaul. Replace front support, container cylinder and intermediate clutches. Overhaul main control and replace separator plates due to damage. Flush ....".

Also, since I didn't pester them every day and just left 'em alone, they comped "The Works" oil change. They even rotated the tires the way I wanted instead of the out-dated method.

It was aggravating and a mild inconvenience, but I feel like it's fixed and not band-aided.
I'm impressed with your dealer. Fortunately we haven't had one problem with our 2021 XLT with over 9k miles on it. If we did we've had great luck with Allan Vigil Ford in Morrow, GA. They have always been great to us and fixed a few things that went bad on our 2019 Sport model that we had. But damn I'm impressed with your dealer!! Amazing!!
