Bought a 2020 Explorer ST last month and I started having some of these issues yesterday and they continued today. Very rough/jerky when downshifting with somewhat of a knocking sound. Only once did I experience this when accelerating but it jerked the whole vehicle and at a higher speed could have been dangerous if the vehicle behind me was closer. Have an appointment with the dealership and will update after the mechanics take a look at it. Really love the vehicle other than this issue, hoping a re programming can remedy it. Kudos to all who have posted here about the issue I feel better informed now.
