2023 Ford Explorer Timberline New Front Struts

It is interesting some get rejected for warranty strut replacement on a known issue becaue they exceed b2b warranty mileage when Motorcraft parts are supposed to have 2 year unlimited mileage warranty. Why wouldnt the Motorcraft warranty hold since thats what came on the car?

^ Looks like their struts now have a limited lifetime warranty, but where you acquire a product has always mattered.
