2025 Explore Active Map View Not Working

A couple days ago my new Explorer Map View started showing Map View Source not available. Any ideas? The map comes up on the center display but not the drivers display when put on Map View. Just the error message. Phone is connected and Android Auto is working. Not sure the phone has anything to do with it though.

I'm no longer even considering the refreshed Explorer ST, reading about so many problems from the first weeks of ownership. At least my 2020 didn't have any issues until several months in. I enjoyed almost a year without any repairs. Then each passing year it had more and more problems and repairs.
