Okay, so everyone on the forum says I can stuff a set of 32 x 10.5's with out a lift, and not have to worry about rubbing.
But the sizes in the max tire size chart (265/75/16 & 265/70/17) actually measure out to 31.5.

Has anyone actually ever put a true 32 inch tire on a 4th generation ?

I was palnning on using a 275/55/20 (measures at 31.9 x 10.8) with a 20x7.5, 35mm offset rim.
Has anyone tried this without a lift, and without rubbing ?

If so what rim width and offset are you running?

Cheers,
Mike

Tires were Dick Cepek Mud Country. Size was 265/75R16, measured to a true 32". (only tire that does as far as I know.) Rim was from a 2001 Sport, width was 7", sorry, don't know the offset/backspacing specs. I had very MILD rubbing at full lock. But for how often I turned the whell all the way it wasn't an issue.

Hope this helps a bit. And I'm ordering new BFG's for it tomorrow, same size. (Although true measurment on those is like 31.7" or something)
