285/50/18 with 18x9 rims

ExplorerExpress sells 18x9 Cobra R rims with 285/50/18 tires. Has anyone tried this setup? If so, does it rub? Will I need spacers?

should be ok...

I have 18x9 with a 0' offset and they work fine. Normal rubbing on the sway but I also have huge tires. Ignore my sig about the 8.5" they are 9".
