2nd Gen Gas Tank

I am planning on replacing my fuel pump this weekend with a higher volume pump to complete all the mods I have done to it. My question is, is there a drain plug in the tank or what is the best way to empty it.

drive alot do you have any other mods than in your sig. cause i have similar ones and the stock pump is more that adiquate

At 170K it's time to replace the pump anyway for insurance. I have not had any problems with the fuel pump, but I did notice the the pressure is only 28 psi at idle and when I remove the vacuum hose from the regulator the gauge reads 40 psi but fluctuates back and forth about two psi.
