being new here I cant seam to find much info. on preformance chips for a 1998 ranger xlt 4x4 3.0. I see so many ones on ebay from $12.00 -$139.00 I am confused which chips are you folks useing or what do you recomend Thanks Craig

Look for a Superchips # 1815. Look for a used one,on Ebay,or Craigslist.I got mine for 200.00

For a few dollars more you can get an X-Caliber tuner, and then you can set and reset a whole bunch of different things (fuel mixture, timing, transmission shifting, governor, etc.) on your truck.

oh yea the dude is pretty awesome, definately a reason everyone around here goes to him for their programming and performance needs. my X3 i ordered from him comes in some time tomorrow. IM SO EXCITED! lol
