can you still put a spare in there or is the exhaust run through there

Looks good, I say leave the roof rack off.

Pipes look great, just please put the rack back on! I think they look naked without them.

look damnnn good, how much did he charge you for splitin it because the local muffler shop said they cant do it.. :(

i think ill only put the rack back on if i get a roof basket.

he charged me 350 for everything.

Some people use their Explorers more like cars and never stick anything on the roof rack. My dad had a roof rack on his Blazer for 12 years and never once used it for anything. =S

I just have to say if someone wants to buy a grocery getter than sits 1/2" of the ground why not just buy a ford flex?

minivans have roof racks..I just dont see a point in keeping it up there when i have no basket or lights or anything that needs to be up there. NOTHING has ever been strapped to my roof.

Yeah yeah I know but still. You can actually notice the wind noise reduction with it off too.

I never said anything about it being used or not, I personally think it looks better on. With it off I think it should have 24's and be lowered... I use mine all the time and would ever dream of taking it off but to each their own.

I would like to have one of those "rocket boxes" they would be really handy for my fishing stuff.
