From what vehicle are those side mirrors from? The mirrors on the gold Explorer? And will they fit on our Explorers?

Looks alot like Aviator mirrors.

They are Aviator mirrors.
They bolt on directly. But a small bit of wiring is required as the harness is not the same + you have to add turn signal wires. There is a thread here somewhere showing that it can be done.

Any body else on the east coast notice alot more bugs this summer? My X has been getting covered with bugs defiently investing in bug guard the front part of the hood is practically ruined from bugs splattering.

Good looking X. Black X's always look best with billet grilles.
Not just the east coast. Every time I go out for a highway drive, here in Utah, my X is covered in bugs. Especially when I go camping up in the Ogden Valley...

I live in central Florida and I think it is too damn hot for the bugs to even live. I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary this summer.

It looks good I'd say throw some limited rims on there and you'd be good.
Like the rims on this X. But then again thats just my opinion. 20's would look good, but you got the rims that I'd like to have on my X.

They are chrome 17" or 18", I don't remember.

Definately will. I also want a set of those headlights or else I'll get those black ones like what caldwell has, but maybe I'll just get clear corners and some new stock lights. Definately I will get those mercury LED brake lights one of these days.

And yeah, the claybar works wonders. Maguire's also makes a kit that comes with wax and everything. I hope you waxed it afterwards! That clay bar strips off the wax and everything, I believe.

Didn't know that... I guess thats what I'm doing tomorrow evening. Actually that makes sense...being that the directions say follow up with their brand of wax.
