3rd Row Seat Won't Fold Down

Hello all. New here and was hoping someone could help me out. I can't fold down the 3rd row seat in my 2002 Explorer. I lift up the lever on top of the seat but the seat won't fold down. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

Found it!!

There is 2 nylon like cable under the handle that unlock each side of the seatback. The mounting spot for one of them in the handle is broken. Used needle nose to pull it up and the seat folded down!!!
