3rd row seat

I plan on building an enclosure for my subs and amps very similar to this.

The entire sub box will be bolted( Hopefully) To the mounting location for the 3rd row seat in my 04 Ex. My question is. How does this thing come out? Meaning the 3rd row seat.

I have no clue on ohw to take the 3rd row seat out because well i use it. But holy **** that looks nice If you can do it could you post some pics

This is what the back of ex looks like now.

Two 10 w3's running off an alpine mrp m350 @ 2 ohms. 175 each. I will be getting an alpine mrp m650 and 2 w3's to put in the enclosure that I'm gonna build as soon as the damm weather breaks here in the ne. I already have an alpine mrpf450 for the 4 doors. Polk db570's for the time being. Polk momo comps for the front doors and 2ways for the rear sometime in the near future. I just want to figure out all the details b-4 I take a few vacation days to do the install and I can't get the seat out. I'll post pics as I make progress.
