2020 Explorer Platinum 3rd row seats will not operate. No noise heard when operating buttons. Checked fuse 131 and it is ok.

Welcome to the Forum.
If you don't hear anything when you press the buttons and the fuse if good and you don't have any luck with the above suggestions, make sure that the connector(s) aren't loose. Usually, no noise = no power.
