3WD 99 Mercury Mountaineer Tire Seized

Hey guys today I went out into my truck and started to back up to realize that my passanger front tire was locked up. I assumed it was just stuck (icy snowy etc) And no I hit the gas and it pulled me to the right etc or the direction of the tire. The very stange thing is that this only happens in reverse now not in drive? And the breaks operate normal in drive so I have no idea what could cause this and I have looked roughly inside there and did not see anything. I will note that I am in Michigan and it is cold under 10 degrees out.


Any Ideas would be much appreciated.

Damit, Was trying to get back here to delete message before I realized this. It was in fact that bolt. In all fairness I didn't do the brakes last I blame my roomate. Lol Thanks!
