4.0 Engine Swap Question Sport Trac

I bought a 2007 Sport Trac with a 4.0 SOHC in it that has bad main bearings. I found a 1999 with low miles... I believe both engines are essentially the same just have to swap everything from the 2007 engine. Who would have thought finding a low mileage 4.0 that's nearer to 2007 would be this difficult!

A few things...
1. Its not the timing chains... its a knock low in the engine... rods or mains but fairly certain its mains.
2. I've done engine swaps before but never this engine...
3. Normally I'd try to get a "newer" engine and swap it into the older vehicle, but I'm finding that's next to impossible unless they have 200,000 miles.

should work fine imo, all the sohcs are identical internally afaik. the "dressing" changed. what does the nose sound like? do you have a video?
