4.0 OHV idler pully bolt & sleeve?

Well, damn bearing of the idler pully on my new engine just exploded and shredded the belt. I have a new pully but I can't find anywhere the sleeve that goes over the bolt as that was torn up. Can anyone direct me with a part number or where to find one? This is a photo from a google search, not mine. I've not tried Ford yet but I'd guess it's probably discontinued. Thanks.

All the parts are there the little rubber part on the bolt is the spacer/ sleeve

Lol! Guys, I mentioned the photo was off of Google. It’s not my bolt. Sorry, I should have taken a photo of my bolt. The black sleeve I have is torn up. Where do I find the sleeve? Thanks.

I seriously thought it was going to be another of one of those discontinued parts. lol!
