4.10 or 4.56 gears for towing?

I have a 4.6 V8, 3.73 gears. Thinking about regearing as the stock gears are starting to howl (170,000 miles). Trying to decide between 4.10 and 4.56 for towing a 6400lbs travel trailer.

I meant to type "6400lbs". 3.73 to 4.10 is only a 10% change - doesn't seem like much.

Because that is a 22% increase in torque at the rear wheels.
