4.6 3v rough idle

Hi all. My 2007 explorer v8 has a rough idle after I changed a roller on the camshaft. It idles at about 750 and if you give it a tiny bit of gas it mostly goes away. It does it worse when warmed up. It loses power occasionally but not consistent when it does it. I had to jump start it after the roller fix so I don't know if that screwed something up. I have since replaced the battery and spark plugs and followed the fuel trim relearn in the users manual. Its been driven about 600 miles and no codes. Any ideas?

Did you have to set the timing after that ? Maybe camshaft phaser or solenoid acting up ?

Most rough idle problems are caused by vacuum leaks, check your hoses and connections..
