Hey everyone looking to add some performance mods to the 4.6 3 Valve have 07 Sport Trac

Detroit Rocker Camshafts
Headers (unsure what kind can't find any that fit)
Intake (want to use ford performance racing intake again unsure of fitment)
62mm Mustang Throttle body (fitment?)
Exhaust suggestions?

Thinking of using a tune from Brenspeed

Thanks for your help!

My advice is to drop all those parts and install a twin screw supercharger. For the 4.6L 3v engines this is the best bang-for-the-buck mod you can do. It will give you loads of torque from idle to redline which is what a 5,000 pound vehicle needs most. The install is much easier and easily reversible if you keep all the old parts that are not used. A twinscrew supercharger will make you think there is a built 460 big block under the hood.

I ran a Kenne Bell blower on my Mustang for several years and it put a smile on my face at any RPM and in any gear. It made 460 lb-ft of rwtq at 2,100 RPM and never dipped under 400 ft-lbs to redline. I regret removing it and wish it was still there. I thought a Windsor stroker motor would be a good replacement but never got that done. Now that I have the 2007 Steeda Mustang, it satisfies my performance itch and I will likely sell the LX before long.
