4" lift on 92XLT: How wide can I go?

Hiya. You can get most of my question from my subject. I want to go as wide as possible on a set of BF Goodrich radial all terrain ko's for stability reasons. I know I can stick 10.5's on since that seems to be the norm for stock explorers, but does the lift up give any extra room for width as well? Can 11.5's fit?

If you are asking "Will 32x11.50 BFG's fit with a 4" lift?" the answer is yes. I am running that size with only 2.5" of lift on the factory alloy's. I have some rubbing on the radius arms, but that could be corrected by changing the wheels.

I think that I've seen some rigs with 33x12.5's with a 4" lift. One rig I saw had 35x12.5's with 4" of suspension and 3" body lift. The problem would probably be that some wheel backspacings and widths wouldn't work. Don't go less than 3 3/8" backspacing with an 8" wheel
